The Cornhusker State Games Gravel Grinder takes place on July 12, 2025, in Weeping Water, Nebraska, offering an exciting self-supported gravel race experience. Participants can choose between a competitive 100K (62 miles) route with a 7-hour time limit and a non-competitive 40K (25 miles) ride. Riders must be self-sufficient, as no outside support is allowed, though public resupply stops are permitted. The 100K route will be a timed race with medals awarded to the top three finishers in each division. The 40K ride is designed for those who want to experience gravel racing in a non-competitive format, with completion medals for all finishers. Riders must carry essential gear, including a helmet, cycling computer, and water. Route maps and GPS files will be available prior to race day. Post-race, all participants will enjoy a provided meal and drinks. Registration is open, with early bird pricing available until April 23. Fees start at $60 for the main event and $15 for the Family Route. Secure your spot for this thrilling gravel adventure in Nebraska’s scenic countryside!
