THE CAPITALS

The Capitals 2025 is an ultra-distance, self-supported cycling event connecting Barcelona, Tarragona, Lleida, and Girona. Riders must complete 830 km and climb over 12,223 m in less than 5 days 14 hours, testing endurance and adventure. Participants navigate a pre‑designed GPS route with checkpoints in each capital and at Bagà in the Pyrenees. The route features mixed surfaces from roads to gravel tracks, demanding self‑sufficiency and careful planning. Registration includes a detailed participant guide, live tracking, and support tools.
