Yorkshire Coast Dirt Dash 2025 is a self-supported bikepacking adventure set in the breathtaking landscapes of the North York Moors and Yorkshire Coast. Taking place on July 5-6, 2025, this 118 km gravel route is split over two days, allowing riders to enjoy a mix of singletrack, gravel paths, forestry roads, and coastal trails, with an overnight camp halfway through. Starting and finishing at YHA Whitby, the event follows a non-timed reliability trial format, meaning riders must navigate independently using a GPX file while carrying their own kit. The route offers a challenging mix of terrains, with Day 1 covering 58.8 km and 840m of climbing and Day 2 spanning 59.5 km with 970m of elevation gain. Riders will experience stunning coastal views, rolling countryside, and technical off-road sections. Included in the entry fee are a campsite, an evening meal, breakfast, and a support vehicle in case of emergencies. With a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, this event is perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in nature, push their endurance limits, and enjoy a weekend of gravel bikepacking adventure.
